Base Gemstone Bath (Regulato) produces alkaline bath water with a pH of approx. 8.5. People used to travel across the country to visit mineral baths, salt lakes or hot springs. Base Gemstone Bath (Regulato) is ideal for full baths, sitz baths, foot and hand baths.

Recommendations for use: 3 tbsp for a full bath 1 tsp to 1 tbsp for a foot bath (bath time at least 30-45 minutes) 1 tsp per liter of water for alkaline wraps (the wraps can be put on overnight);

A pinch of "alkaline bath" on wet hands after showering, rubbing it into your body and allowing it to dry results in an alkaline environment on the skin and neutralizes acids for several hours. Under the armpits it acts as a "deodorant".
