The vitamins (particularly vitamin C), niacin, carotene and antioxidants contained in CranActin should be emphasized. Furthermore, CranActin or the cranberry contains vitamins C, A and K, potassium and sodium as well as proanthocyanidins. Among other things, this secondary plant substance is said to slow down the process of cell aging and strengthen the immune system.
