Hyssop belongs to the perennial subshrub family of the mint family, with radiant light blue to dark blue flowers. Hyssop grows excellently in our latitudes and can be found in almost every traditional cottage garden. The aromatic, medium-green, small, pointed leaves are used, which unfold their fullest aroma just before flowering. They have an intensely spicy odor and taste spicy, slightly bitter and somewhat camphor-tasting.

Hyssop is still used today for stomach and intestinal disorders, inflammation of the gums, mouth and throat. Hyssop could also be interesting to relieve symptoms of colds, such as a cold or cough.

Recommended intake: 1-2 capsules 3 times a day with plenty of liquid before meals, only use when necessary and after consultation with the HP or doctor!
