The antioxidant effect turned out to be almost as strong as that of L-ascorbate. A decrease in the concentration of radicals was measured when colostrum was added. These test results for colostrum were measured by researchers led by Professor Josef Beuth and communicated by the Institute for the Scientific Evaluation of Naturopathic Procedures.

Recommended intake: 300 - 1000 mg/day with liquid before meals
