Our team has worked closely together for a long time and combines practical experience with high standards of quality, reliability and customer service. This ensures that every step, from product selection and order processing through to shipping, is handled with the necessary care.

Shipping and reliability

We ship our products throughout Europe. For shipping, we work with DHL Express and UPS. Orders are dispatched from Mallorca by air freight so that they can be sent out reliably and quickly.

Orders placed on working days by 2:30 p.m. and paid for using an immediate payment method such as PayPal, credit card or Klarna generally leave our facility on the same day. Orders paid in advance by bank transfer are dispatched directly on the day payment is received, provided this falls on a working day.

In addition, our customers will find a notice directly on each product page indicating the latest time by which a product must be ordered for same-day dispatch. An estimated delivery date is also displayed there, making it easier to plan the timing of the order.

Availability and customer service

We are available on working days from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Our goal is to handle inquiries quickly, in a friendly manner and with a solution-oriented approach, and to support our customers in the best possible way.
