Payment Methods
The following payment options are available in our shop:
- Advance Payment by bank transfer to our Spanish business account
You will receive the IBAN in writing in the order confirmation (PDF) after your order has been placed. Orders will be automatically cancelled after 10 days if no payment is received. - PayPal (up to a maximum of 1,700 EUR – including payment via PayPal balance or credit card)
- Klarna Invoice for private end customers
- Klarna Instalments for private end customers with an invoice amount of 200 EUR or more
- Klarna Instant Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and others via Mollie Payment)
- EPS for customers from Austria
- iDeal for customers from the Netherlands
- SEPA Advance Payment for Swiss customers
You will receive the bank details for the transfer by e-mail directly from Mollie Payment.
Shipping Terms
Here you will find all information regarding the shipping of your order.
Important: Correct country setting for the shipping address
Please make sure that the correct delivery country is selected. In recent weeks, we have repeatedly seen customers selecting "Germany" as the country, even though the delivery was actually going to Croatia, Poland, Hungary or similar.
Our shipping process is fully automated. An incorrect country entry will result in the parcel not being deliverable. This causes unnecessary returns and additional shipping costs, which we will have to charge to you in such cases.
Orders with incorrect country information will be cancelled going forward.
For Croatia and Poland, only advance payment is currently accepted.

An additional bank fee of 15.00 EUR applies for Norway when paying by advance payment.
Delivery Time
- Within Europe: approx. 4 – 7 working days
- Third countries: up to 14 days or longer, depending on customs clearance
B2B – Minimum Order Value
- For business customers, a minimum order value of 500.00 EUR net applies.
- For orders below 500.00 EUR net, a small quantity surcharge of 50.00 EUR will be charged.
Countries and Territories Excluded from Shipping
For logistical and customs-related reasons, we are unable to deliver to the following countries and territories:
- Cyprus
- Canary Islands
- Spanish exclaves (Ceuta, Melilla)
- United Kingdom (UK)
- USA
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein (via UPS)

Parcel Tracking
One day after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail, allowing you to follow your shipment. An estimated delivery date will also be provided.
If desired, you can adjust the delivery date or grant a drop-off authorisation directly with the carrier (UPS or DHL Express).
General Information
The delivery period begins, in the case of advance payment, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, and for other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract. It ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the next working day shall apply instead.
We ship throughout Europe with the restrictions mentioned above. On Saturdays, Sundays and Spanish public holidays, no parcels are handed over to the shipping companies, and no deliveries are made.
Should an item exceptionally be out of stock or not immediately available, this will be indicated on the respective product page. Shipping is generally carried out via UPS or DHL Express.
Please note: With UPS, we are unable to deliver to parcel shops (DHL, Hermes, etc.) or parcel lockers (Packstation).
