Ginseng Red panax, conv. Cultivation powder 250g

Red and white ginseng both come from the same medicinal plant: Panax ginseng CA Meyer. The coveted and particularly valuable red ginseng is usually only harvested after six years and is subject to the highest quality requirements.

The name red ginseng indicates a traditional and very effective method of processing to preserve the ginseng. The roots of ginseng (Panax ginseng) are approved for strengthening and strengthening. Also with feelings of tiredness and weakness, with declining performance and concentration as well as in the recovery phase after an illness (convalescence). The main active ingredients in ginseng roots are the so-called ginsenosides (triterpene saponins of the dammaran type).

Other ingredients are, for example, essential oil, polyacetylene, phenolic acids and polysaccharides. Overall, this results in an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect of the ginseng roots. The term "antioxidative" describes the ability to eliminate cell-damaging aggressive oxygen compounds ("free radicals"). In addition, the medicinal plant is said to increase resilience to harmful factors (noxae), such as chemical pollutants.

In Asian folk medicine, the healing root is used in many other areas of application than those mentioned above.

Recommended intake: 1 x daily about 1,200mg with liquid before meals.
