Chlorophyll (KAL) tablets 20mg

We humans do not necessarily need chlorophyll for nutrient transport, but the intake of green plants is still useful. Chlorophyll helps hemoglobin distribute oxygen throughout the body. Chlorophyll, in Chlorella vulgaris, has chelating properties on various metals, among many other effects. The microalgae have already been used to quantitatively remove metals such as lead, cadmium, chromium and nickel from water samples.

This ability appears to be related to the presence of chloroplasts in the cell membrane of chlorella. Research on the alga Spirulina, which contains just under 1% chlorophyll, showed that its richness in chlorophyll is less important for its health effects than the nutrients it contains. Chlorophyll is also used industrially, for example as a deodorant in cosmetics.

Suggested Use: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or a glass of water.

The recommended daily dose is 3 to 10 g per day. In the short term, the dose can also be increased to 30 g a day for two days, more is not recommended.
