Iron Complex + (KAL) Tablets 25mg

The iron contained in Iron Complex + is an important trace element and can above all support healthy oxygen utilization, cell respiration and the formation of red blood cells. The active substances contained in Iron Complex + are released into the organism over a period of 4 - 6 hours.

Iron, this vital trace element, cannot be formed by the human body and must therefore be supplied through nutrition. Fish, nuts and green vegetables contain a lot of iron. Certain foods, such as tomatoes or parsley, promote the absorption of iron in the body. On the other hand, black tea and coffee have a rather negative effect.

Iron Complex + can in turn promote the absorption of iron. It has been proven that iron deficiency can lead to depressed mood, headaches, tiredness, poor concentration and sleep disorders. Dry, pale skin, brittle fingernails and cracked corners of the mouth can also be signs of acute iron deficiency. As a support for a healthy diet, the iron and the additional synergists (active ingredients) contained in Iron Complex + can stimulate utilization and help to correct the deficiency.

Recommended intake: 1 tablet 1 - maximum 2 times a day, with a meal or a glass of water.
