Yam Root Extract Oil 16% Diosgenin 100ml

The medicinal yam root (Dioscorea villosa) has been used in Mexico, but also in other tropical and subtropical regions of the world since time immemorial to regulate the female menstrual cycle, to facilitate childbirth and even for contraception. The main active ingredient of yams, diosgenin, contained in yam root extract oil is very similar to the progesterone (corpus luteum hormone) naturally produced by the ovaries.

Yams Root Extract Oil could be interesting for women who are thinking about alternative hormone therapies during menopause, or an alternative for young women with menstrual problems.

Recommended use: Apply 1-3 times a day to the inner thighs, arms or stomach. For PMS use in the 2nd half of the cycle. For external use.
