Coenzyme Q10 plays an important role in cell metabolism and is essential for a strong immune system. The highest concentrations of coenzyme Q10 are found in the heart, liver and lungs, the organs with the greatest energy requirements.

A deficiency, which can occur particularly when the body's own production of coenzyme Q10 decreases as a result of age, can lead to heart and blood vessel diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes or periodontitis.

Recommended intake: 1 capsule once a day with liquid with food, after consultation with a doctor or HP.

Note: Q10 should not be consumed by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and young people under the age of 18.
